Your role

As Development Manager, you are the driving force behind Spring Europe’s strategic initiatives. You translate high-level goals into clear development plans and lead projects that strengthen our market position.

You’ll analyze market trends, explore new business opportunities, and ensure smooth implementation of new developments in our systems and processes. Whether it’s launching new services, optimizing customer journeys, or expanding into new markets — you make it happen.

You’ll collaborate with teams from Legal, Finance, IT, Sales,Operations and our international offices, ensuring a seamless handover from development to daily operations.


Your team

You’ll be part of the Cross Border Solutions (CBS) business unit, working specifically for Spring Europe. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Development, you’ll work closely with colleagues from Strategy, IT, HR, Finance, and international project teams. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with plenty of innovation, ownership, and cross-border collaboration.

Here’s what you can expect:

A salary between €5.513,79 – €8.014,79 (based on 39.25 hours per week) 
Hybrid working and flexible hours. Work two or more days from home and receive a €45 net monthly allowance.
8% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days (full-time).

What you bring

You’re strategic, analytical, and commercially minded. You enjoy turning complex challenges into smart, actionable solutions.

✔ Bachelor or Master’s degree 
✔ Experience in international e-commerce and/or supply chain
✔ Strong project management skills
✔ Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
✔ Conceptual thinker with a business-driven mindset
