This is your role 

You’ll be the key player in optimising and future-proofing the TTINT platform an essential application within our international domain. Your focus lies on improving stability and scalability to handle growing volumes while aligning with business demands from an IT perspective. 

On a daily basis, you translate business needs into smart IT solutions. You define user stories, advise on priorities, and write functional specifications. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT suppliers to turn strategy into results. You manage priorities in a fast-paced, ad-hoc environment with a pragmatic, results-driven approach. As a medior consultant, you help raise the bar for requirement quality to ensure smooth development, testing, and implementation. 

Your colleagues 

You’ll work in the TTINT team, part of our Spring domain. The team consists of DevOps engineers, product owner, and consultants who work together in agile sprints. The collaboration is hands-on and supportive, and at a high pace. Improvements and changes are rolled out every day, and there is a continuous need to adapt to the wishes of the end customers. You also connect regularly with business stakeholders and external IT partners. Our culture is open, professional, and always evolving.

• Gross monthly salary between €4,453.71 and €6,307.28 (scale 11) based on 37 hours per week. 

• Flexible working hours and the option to work hybrid. If you work from home at least two days a week, you’ll receive a €45 net monthly allowance.

What you bring 

You’re a structured and solution-oriented IT professional who communicates clearly with both business and technical teams. You know how to prioritize and stay calm under pressure even when things move fast.

You also have: 

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business). 
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, such as solution consultant or business analyst. 
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, API integrations, and data flows. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and creating documentation or solution diagrams. 
• Experience with AWS or other high-code platforms is a plus.
