This is your role

As Solution Consultant Integrations, you will design and document integration solutions that connect internal and external systems, enabling smooth information exchange within our cross-border logistics ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product owners, architects, and developers to analyze requirements, create technical designs, and oversee implementation. Your focus will be on reusable services, data flows, and robust integration logic using modern tooling and platforms.

You ensure that solutions are aligned with architectural principles, security guidelines, and operational reliability - while also being delivery-ready for agile teams. In addition, you are responsible for the budget, you manage the suppliers and look at the external staffing.

Your colleagues

You’ll be part of a diverse and international Integration team that includes a Product Owner, two Test Analysts, and four external developers who specialize in eMagiz, our integration technology. The team also works closely with a Platform Owner who sets the strategic direction for integrations within CBS IT. Together, you’ll make sure the technical backbone of our international logistics keeps scaling with the business. Some colleagues are based in India, while others are in the Netherlands and work from the office twice a week. • Salary between €4.453 and €6.307 gross per month (scale 11) for 37 hours per week.

You are analytically strong, results-oriented, and a natural connector. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• 2+ years of working experience and HBO/University work and thinking level.
• 1-2+ years of exposure to Integration Platforms
• Excellent stakeholdermanagement; you know how to explain difficult concepts and simplify them across different levels (technical and non-technical)
• Ideally you have experience with strategic planning for applications and leading developers
• Exposure to budget management is a pre
