This is your role:

As Senior QA Engineer Conversational AI, you are responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of our conversational solutions. You develop quality engineering  strategies, test automation frameworks, and monitoring & observability tooling for both agentic AI and deterministic flows. Your goal? Making sure every interaction - via our conversational channels - is accurate, relevant, and on-brand.

You’ll work with platforms like Cognigy and use automation to streamline testing, from regression to intent recognition. You monitor performance, assess dialogues, and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards. Your insights help improve our AI solutions and deliver a seamless user experience.

You’ll join the Conversational AI team within our Digital department. This team includes a Solution Architect, AI Engineers, and a Solution Consultant. • Salary between €5,123.06 and €7,448.06 gross per month (scale 12) based on 37 hours.

What you bring:

You’re detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about quality. You know how to test complex AI systems and how to communicate your findings clearly. You take initiative and enjoy working with others to solve problems and improve results. You bring coaching and mentoring capabilities.

You also bring:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in QA/testing, ideally with conversational AI or NLP systems.
• Conversational AI automation: Experience with frameworks or tools such as Botium, Cognigy framework, MS Bot, Rasa, or similar that support:
  • Multi-turn conversational flow validation (text & voice).
  • Intent and entity recognition testing (NLP/NLU).
• Test reporting and CI/CD integration: Setting up automated reporting, dashboards, and pipeline integration with CI/CD systems.
• Experience with synthetic test data generation (for AI models).
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools.
• Experience with platforms like Cognigy and multi-channel flow testing.
• Understanding of AI/ML systems and how to test them effectively, both functionally and non-functionally.
