This is your role
As Senior Mendix Developer, you are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Mendix applications that support PostNL’s international logistics. You’ll:
•    Create Mendix applications that improve operational efficiency and business processes.
•    Integrate Mendix apps with other systems across Cross Border Solutions and PostNL.
•    Provide technical leadership, mentor juniors, and enforce coding best practices.
•    Conduct reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability and performance.
•    Stay on top of Mendix developments and introduce new capabilities into the team.

You’ll join one of the teams at Business Systems within CBS IT, a multidisciplinary group including solution consultants, functional service owners, developers, testers, and others. Together, you enable seamless export flows from the Netherlands to the rest of the world and shape the future of PostNL’s cross-border platforms.

What you bring
We’re looking for a collaborative, hands-on Mendix developer who:
•    Has at least 4 years of demonstrable Mendix experience.
•    Holds a university degree in informatics, systems engineering, or equivalent.
•    Brings knowledge of JavaScript/Java as a plus.
•    Understands Agile ways of working and partner management.
•    Communicates fluently in English. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.
•    Thrives in complex logistics or integration-heavy landscapes.
•    Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
