Your role
As Sales Intelligence Manager, you are the central point for all things sales intelligence. You:

Own and optimize our CRM and lead generation tools

Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs

Provide market and competitor insights to guide strategy and keep Spring ahead of the curve

Support strategic tenders with data-driven input

Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and IT teams across Europe
Your colleagues
You’ll work closely with the Director of Sales Strategy & Product Management, and collaborate with sales managers, product managers, and commercial teams across multiple countries.
Where you’ll be working
You’ll be part of the Spring Europe Central team, headquartered at PostNL’s office in The Hague, with the flexibility to work from another location as needed. We operate in a fast-paced, international environment focused on cross-border e-commerce logistics.

What you bring

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

3–5 years of experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

Knowledge of sales and account management adds value to this role

Excellent communication skills in English (another European language is a plus)

A commercial, results-oriented, and collaborative attitude
