This is your role:As a Change Manager in the Strategy Execution team, you lead and support transformation initiatives that impact the way PostNL CBS works. You focus on the human side of change—ensuring that employees and teams understand, accept, and adopt new ways of working. You’ll work on key initiatives within our international transformation program, Panorama.You build and execute communication and engagement plans that foster connection and clarity, making change tangible and approachable. You engage stakeholders from all levels, from frontline teams to senior leaders, and guide them in their role as change agents. With your energy, structure and empathy, you ensure that our strategy comes to life in daily practice.

Your colleagues:You will be part of the Strategy Execution team, a small and driven team of change and project professionals. Together, you support the international CBS organization (1,200+ colleagues in 13 countries) in realizing its transformation goals. We work closely together, share ideas openly, and support each other in our shared mission: making change work for people.

    What you bring:
  • You’re someone who understands how to translate strategy into action through people. With empathy, clarity and structure, you help teams grow through change.
  • You also bring: A Master’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in project and/or change management.
  • Proven experience with organizational change and transformation programs.Affinity with models such as ADKAR, Kotter or similar.
  • Experience with communication and stakeholder engagement.Experience with SAFe and Agile ways of working (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
