This is your role:As Project Manager at CBS, you are responsible for driving complex and strategic projects within an international context. These projects range from seizing business opportunities to responding to regulatory changes and optimizing our value chains — often touching on commerce, operations, and IT.

You develop business cases, manage project planning, and oversee timelines, budgets, and results. You keep all stakeholders engaged and informed — including senior management — and you create the support needed to make your projects succeed, even when facing challenges. You’ll work with colleagues, suppliers, and clients across 13 countries and 3 continents.

Your colleagues: You’ll be part of the Strategy Execution team, within the international business unit CBS. The team consists of project and program managers, scrum masters, our RTE and RTE support, and a portfolio officer. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the globe, in a culture that values innovation, diversity, and continuous learning.

You also recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have a Master’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • You have a proven track record in project management within an international context.
  • You have a strong affinity with strategic change.
  • You have experience in logistics or manufacturing environments.

You are fluent in English; another European language is a plus.
