Your role

 

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of the European marketing team at Cross Border Solutions. You translate our strategic goals into targeted marketing actions across different European markets.

You’ll lead projects in areas such as AI in marketing, market research, and SEO optimisation. These projects typically last 6 to 12 months and are carried out with multidisciplinary teams that include colleagues from sales, IT, and commerce.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for marketing in one or more specific countries within Spring Europe. You’ll develop marketing plans, design campaigns and events, and drive lead generation to support our commercial objectives. You’ll also work with product managers to create marketing materials, organise events, and support market research.

 

Your colleagues

 

You’ll be part of the European marketing team, a group of around 10 enthusiastic professionals with diverse backgrounds. The team works across several countries but is strongly connected by a shared mission: enabling the international growth of our e-commerce clients. Collaboration is dynamic, collegial, and results-driven. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and work closely with sales managers, IT, product management, and external agencies.

What you bring

You are a connector — a marketer with international experience and a passion for e-commerce. You easily engage with different stakeholders and know how to turn strategy into impactful actions. Your approach is structured, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.

You also have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; another European language is a plus.

  • Experience leading international marketing projects.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce, logistics, and marketing processes.

  • Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.
