As Marketing Manager at Cross Border Solutions (CBS), you’ll shape international marketing projects that make cross-border e-commerce possible from strategy to execution. You’ll work with teams across Europe, lead campaigns that deliver real commercial impact, and help shape the logistics platform of the future.

Your role
As part of our European Marketing team, you’ll translate CBS’s strategic goals into concrete marketing plans for different markets. You’ll lead 6–12-month projects focused on data-driven marketing, market research, and customer acquisition collaborating with colleagues across Europe.
You’ll also act as the marketing lead for one or more Spring Europe countries. That means developing local marketing plans, creating campaigns and events, and driving lead generation. You’ll partner with product managers to build marketing materials, support research, and organise events that position CBS as the preferred logistics partner for cross-border e-commerce.
Your colleagues
Join a unique European marketing team of around 20 passionate professionals from across Europe including the Netherlands, Spain, Poland, Italy, and more. United by a shared mission to grow our e-commerce clients internationally, the team is dynamic, collaborative, and supportive.
We check in twice a week online and every two months meet in a different European city from The Hague to Barcelona and many more. These meetings are full of energy, with workshops, brainstorming, and opportunities to connect face-to-face with colleagues from across Europe.
It’s a flexible, international environment where learning from each other is central, helping you grow in digital marketing, events, AI, market research, and beyond. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director, sales managers, IT, product management, and external agencies, making your impact felt across Europe.

Gross monthly salary between €4,793,86 and €6,788.17 (scale 11) for 39,25 hours per week.

What you bring
You are a connector a marketer with international experience and a passion for e-commerce. You easily engage with different stakeholders and know how to turn strategy into impactful actions. Your approach is structured, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
You also have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; another European language is a plus.

Experience leading international marketing projects.

Knowledge of e-commerce, logistics, and marketing processes.

Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.
