Your role 

As Lead Engineer Send & Receive Team, you will take technical ownership of our core digital channels team, which handles Track & Trace and sending flows. You will work with a modern tech stack: C# for the backend and Angular or React for the frontend. AWS expertise is a non-negotiable requirement. 

 

You will lead a large hybrid team of internal engineers and 6–8 offshore engineers (TCS). During 2026, you will guide the team through a major transformation: splitting into two specialised functions (“Send” and “Receive”) while ensuring stability and quality. This role combines technical leadership with strategic team building and process improvement. 

 

Your colleagues 

You will join the digital domain of our IT organisation, working closely with product owners, developers and testers. The team is hybrid, combining internal colleagues and offshore partners. Together, you will focus on innovation and quality, with strong collaboration at the core.

What you bring to the job 

You are an experienced tech lead who takes ownership and thinks strategically. You also bring: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 

Extensive experience with C# and either Angular or React. 

Proven AWS expertise. 

Experience managing large teams and improving development processes. 

Strong communication skills to bridge technology and business.
