Your role 

As Lead Engineer Consumer App, you will take technical ownership of our most important app. You will drive its strategic evolution and transition from external partners to internal leadership. You will work with a modern tech stack running on AWS Serverless  

You will lead key initiatives such as merging the Consumer and Business apps and integrating Conversational AI features. In addition, you will develop processes and guide a hybrid team of internal colleagues and offshore partners to enable product teams to take full end-to-end ownership of their features within three to four years. 

Your colleagues 

You will join the digital domain of our IT organisation, working closely with product owners, developers and testers. The team is hybrid, combining internal colleagues and offshore partners. Together, you will focus on innovation and quality, with strong collaboration at the core.

 What you bring to the job 

You are an experienced tech lead who takes ownership and thinks strategically. You also bring: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree thinking level. A pre is a degree in Information Technology 

Extensive experience with .NET, iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java). 

Proven AWS serverless expertise. 

Experience managing teams and improving development processes. 

Strong communication skills in English to bridge technology and business. Dutch is pré
