As an International Transport Coordinator, you ensure that our international shipments run smoothly and efficiently. You are the link between carriers, internal departments, and international partners. In this role, you develop smart logistics solutions and improve processes that impact millions of parcels.

Your Role
As an International Transport Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring international transport operations. You liaise with carriers, customs, internal departments, and international partners to ensure everything runs according to plan. You analyze transport data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
You’ll also contribute to projects focused on sustainability and digitalization within our logistics network — helping shape the future of cross-border transport at PostNL.
Your Team
You’ll join the International Transport team within the Logistics department. The team consists of around 10 colleagues with diverse expertise — from transport planning to customs operations. Together, you ensure the smooth execution of international shipments.

Here’s what you can expect:
• A gross monthly salary between €3,190.22 and €4,643.73 (based on 39.25 hours per week). Working 32 hours is also possible.
• Hybrid working options and flexible hours. Work two or more days from home? Receive a €45 net monthly allowance.

What You Bring

You also bring:
• A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level)
• Experience in international logistics or transport coordination
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of customs processes and transport management systems (TMS)
• A detail-oriented and stress-resistant mindset
