Your Role
As an Import & Export Coordinator, you ensure our customers and entities comply with all customs and trade regulations. You develop, implement, and monitor import and export controls to guarantee compliance with policies, legislation, and procedures — all while keeping commercial interests and customer satisfaction in mind.
You identify compliance issues and take corrective action where needed. You act as the first point of contact for customs authorities and maintain clear communication. You advise stakeholders on compliance matters, deliver internal training sessions, and participate in the customer onboarding process.
Together with the Trade & Compliance team, you develop and maintain solutions and a documented customs framework. You support audits and ensure that Clear Solutions are effectively embedded. You collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Business Development, and Operations within Spring Europe, including regular visits to locations across the Netherlands and Europe.
Your Team
You’ll join the Trade & Compliance team within Cross Border Solutions (CBS) — PostNL’s international business unit that provides global solutions for international mail and parcel delivery.
You’ll work alongside colleagues from Spring Europe, PostNL International, Global Network Solutions, and supporting departments like Strategy, IT, HR, and Finance. The team is based at our headquarters in The Hague and operates in a hybrid model. Together, you’ll deliver innovative and reliable e-commerce solutions.

Here’s what you can expect:
A gross monthly salary between €3,485.36 and €5,280.07 (based on 39,25 hours per week).
Hybrid work options and flexible hours. Work two or more days from home? Receive a €45 net monthly allowance.
