Your role
As Pricing Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing a commercial, competitive, and profitable pricing strategy for Spring Europe.
You:
- Design and implement integrated pricing policies across products, markets, and customer segments
- Analyze volume, revenue, margin, and competitor data to inform pricing decisions
- Handle customer quotations and ensure alignment with pricing and margin policies
- Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and portfolio teams to align pricing with business goals
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects where pricing plays a key role
- Monitor market trends and digital developments to future-proof our pricing models
Your colleagues
You’ll report to the Director of Sales Strategy & Product Management and work closely with the sales intelligence manager, the commercial data analyst, sales teams, finance, and local pricing counterparts.
Where you’ll be working
You’ll be part of the Spring Europe team, headquartered at PostNL’s office in The Hague, with the flexibility to work from another location as needed. You’ll operate in an international, data-driven environment focused on cross-border e-commerce.

What you bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience with margin modeling, cost analysis, and pricing tools
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into strategy
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Affinity with e-commerce logistics and international markets
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
