Your role
As a Commercial Data Analyst, you are the central point for data management and analysis within the Sales Strategy team. You:
- Own and manage sales data for Spring Europe
- Analyze data to generate insights that support sales, pricing, CX, portfolio, and marketing on a European level.
- Collaborate with BI teams to enrich and optimize data models and dashboards
- Provide market intelligence to strengthen Spring’s competitive position
- Support strategic initiatives and projects with data-driven analysis and benefit tracking
Your colleagues
You’ll report to the Director of Sales Strategy & Product Management and work closely with the stakeholders across sales, marketing, CX, and BI teams.
Where you’ll be working
You’ll be part of the Spring Europe team, headquartered at PostNL’s office in The Hague, with the flexibility to work from another location as needed. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, international environment focused on cross-border e-commerce.

What you bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics
- Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Experience with structured and unstructured data
- Knowledge of databases and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills in English (another European language is a plus)
- A commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into strategic insights
